REFUND POLICY

At Golden Monarch Refinishing, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every refinished piece. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, and we encourage you to carefully inspect and consider each item before making a final decision.
No Refunds After Pickup or Delivery
Because all of our furniture is refinished by hand—often as one-of-a-kind or custom work—we do not offer refunds or returns once an item has left our premises, whether picked up by you or delivered.
Your Option to Decline
We understand that choosing furniture is an important decision. You always have the option not to purchase an item, even if it has been custom refinished for you. We are happy to address any concerns and allow you to review the piece before completing your purchase.
Custom Orders
For custom refinishing projects, all deposits and payments are non-refundable once work has begun. However, if you decide not to proceed with the originally selected piece, your deposit can be transferred toward the commission of a different piece, provided arrangements are made within 30 days of your original order.
