Bassett Mid-Century Modern Tall Dresser

A rare vintage Bassett dresser with clean mid-century lines, professionally refinished to highlight its original design while giving it a fresh, updated look.

The drawer fronts have been restored to a rich walnut finish that showcases the natural wood grain, while the case is finished in a custom-mixed olive green created exclusively for this piece. The combination unlike anything you’ll find in a furniture store.

The original brass hardware has been carefully cleaned and preserved, adding warmth and authenticity while honoring the dresser’s history. Four spacious dovetail drawers provide ample storage, and the entire piece has been sealed with a durable, furniture-grade topcoat for everyday use.

This is an authentic vintage Bassett piece—not a reproduction. Its craftsmanship, quality materials, and unique custom finish make it a true statement piece for a bedroom, guest room, entryway, or living space.

Because each piece is individually refinished, no two are exactly alike. Subtle signs of age may remain and are considered part of the character and authenticity of vintage furniture.
